Tai-Chi Ball is inspired by the traditional Chinese Tai Chi exercise which incorporates the principles of harmony, symmetry and continuous circulation to promote a heightened sense of motion and space. Two hands hold the outer ball to control the motion of the inner ball on a track, thus improving the user’s dexterity, hand-eye coordination, flexiblitly of wrists, promotion of good writing posture, and improves balance in movement. The track inside the ball imitates ancient Chinese culture, in which a curving line symbolized continuous circulation and vitality. The high-quality, clear polycarbonate material of this “ball in a ball” keeps children patient because they do not feel the agrivation and disappointment of dropping the ball on the floor.
