If you do need to return a product, please follow these five easy steps:
1. Contact Munchkin Field.
*Call 828-279-1032.
*Email support@munchkinfield.com.
2. Munchkin Field will authorize you a Return Authorization (RA) number.
*We will ask your name, address, order number, and reason for return. We ask this so we can improve our quality and service.
*We will issue you a RA number.
3. Write on the box your RA number.
*Please make sure all materials are secure and protected for transport.
*Seal the box with tape and write your RA number on the outside of the box. If Munchkin Field does not have this number, your credit will take longer to process. -Without the RA printed on the box a $10 handling fee will be charged-. We do not like to charge this fee but only do so to emphasize its importance.
4. Send your item back to Munchkin Field.

5. Once we verify your return, we will issue your credit for your purchase within four weeks. This allows:
*3-10 days to arrive at Munchkin Field
*1-4 days to process your return (if all return information is included)
*1-7 days for your banking institution to process our refund request
*For your own protection, we suggest you return items via UPS or insured parcel post.
