Shipping Policies

Your items will ship from Munchkin Field's warehouse within five business days.  

Continental United States
Our primary shipping method is UPS Ground which cost 15% or a minimum of $8.50.  The transport time will take 1 to 6 business days depending on your location.  Alaska: contact customer service 800-656-5629 so we can determine the best method of shipping and provide you a shipping quote.  We will submit your order into the system manually.

International Delivery
At this time we only ship within the United States.  Please feel free to contact us with your questions or concerns.

Express Delivery
Need it fast?  Please contact customer service at 800-656-5629 for availability.

Products Shipped Via Freight Truck
Products that specify "freight truck" in the product description will go by freight truck (on a pallet with shrink wrap) rather than UPS.   Due to their size and weight, it is cost effective thing to do.  However, if you do not have a loading dock, the freight truck company will need to provide you with a lift gate.  This does incur an extra fee of $110.  If this is the case, please specify it on your order during check out.

Backorder Policy

Due to large orders, our stock changes frequently.  If a product is unable to ship during normal shipping practices of five days, we will contact you via email or phone.  You will be given the option to wait for the product or request a full refund.  We do try to keep our information up-to-date.  A notification will be placed in the product description.

Shortage or Damaged Shipping
Please take notice to your package(s) at the time of delivery.  Before you or your employee sign the Proof of Delivery, count the boxes and inspect them for any damage.  Pay special attention to skids that have had the shrink wrap torn during shipping.  If you find any damage or shortage, be sure to note it on the Proof of Delivery slip before signing it.    Contact us immediately and we will help you resolve any problem.  

Damaged Product
If you receive a product that is damaged or missing pieces, please contact customer service immediately and we will send you a replacement part or credit.  Cat will be happy to pay the shipping on products that qualify as damaged.

Extra Mile
If you would like to go the extra mile, please send us a picture of any damage.  This will help ensure the ongoing customer satisfaction that you expect at Munchkin Field.  Thank You!
